At Wallpaper By Sheri, we aim to deliver a smooth, reliable shipping experience. Please review the details below on processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking.

🕒 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our facility.

🇺🇸🇪🇺 Domestic Shipping (USA & Europe)

  • Free shipping on all orders to the USA and Europe.
  • USA: Estimated delivery within 7 days from shipment date.
  • Europe: Estimated delivery within 15 days from shipment date.

Note: Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or unforeseen events.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside USA & Europe)

  • We ship to many international destinations. Rates and transit times vary by location and carrier availability.
  • Final shipping costs and availability will reflect at checkout equivalents used by our team.

🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT assessed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by local customs authorities.

🔎 Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear after you receive the tracking email.

📦 Shipping to P.O. Boxes & Special Addresses

  • We do our best to accommodate P.O. Box deliveries. Some carriers have limitations; if you need P.O. Box service, please contact us prior to ordering.
  • For APO/FPO/DPO or remote-area addresses, delivery may take longer than standard estimates.

✂️ Split Shipments

  • To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple parcels at no additional cost. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.

🛑 Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • If you need to modify your address, contact us immediately after placing the order. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is processed.
  • Packages returned as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed) may incur re-shipment fees. We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

🧰 Delays & Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Delivery timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

🧺 Lost, Missing, or Damaged Items

  • If your parcel is marked delivered but can’t be located, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.
  • For damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
