All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please ensure that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect details.


💳 Payments

We accept secure online payments using major credit and debit cards, and other trusted payment methods.
All transactions are processed safely, and your payment information is protected.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.


🚚 Shipping

We offer free shipping within the USA and Europe.
Estimated delivery time:

  • USA: Within 7 business days after shipment
  • Europe: Within 15 business days after shipment
    For international orders outside these regions, delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
    You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.
Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or custom-made products.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at WallpaperBySheri@hotmail.com.


🧾 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return after delivery, in accordance with our return policy.


🪄 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery for faster resolution.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, due to variations in lighting, screen resolution, and material texture, colors and finishes may appear slightly different in person.
We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect product colors.
